Max Grodenchik played ther Ferengi Rom, Quark's brother.  Quark was played by Armin Shimerman.

His other notable film appearances include The Rocketeer, Sister Act, and Bruce Almighty.  He's also appeared on TV in Night Court, Sliders, The Drew Carey Show, and ER.
